1. Conditions for Returns
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product in its exact condition and in unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, the customer must notify us to arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Generally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Under certain special circumstances, Saleste LTD will cover these costs, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us, providing the order number and a description of the reason for the return. Shipping instructions and review procedures will be provided.

Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or shows damage caused by the customer
